About
Pull up a chair.
Not the performative kind. Not the “self-improvement” kind.
The kind you take when the room is warm, the fire is steady, and there’s no rush to be anywhere else.
Talk About Body is a place for honest conversation about what it means to live inside a body—not as an object to fix, optimize, or transcend, but as the primary site of experience, memory, desire, confusion, and becoming.
This isn’t a guide. It isn’t a method. And it isn’t a promise that clarity will arrive neatly packaged.
It’s an invitation.
An invitation to talk—openly, gently, sometimes awkwardly—about our bodies without shame, judgment, or preconceived ideas of what they should be or who we’re supposed to become through them.
I’m not here because I’ve figured something out that others haven’t.
I’m here because I stopped pretending I was finished.
What I write about myself isn’t meant to elevate me—it’s meant to open a doorway. My hope is that as I speak honestly about my own relationship with my body—where I’ve been disconnected, where I’ve woken up, where I’m still learning—you’ll feel less alone in your own process. Less measured. Less managed. More allowed.
This space isn’t calibrated.
It isn’t clean.
It won’t always be comfortable.
What it will be is real.
Some pieces will be tender. Some will be charged. Some will be messy, unresolved, or unfinished. I won’t sand down the edges to make them easier to consume, and I won’t package experience into lessons just to give it a point. Bodies don’t work that way. Neither does truth.
I’ll speak clearly here—not to present a polished image, but because clarity is how I respect the moment. Precise language, for me, isn’t about performance. It’s how I cut through noise. How I get close to what’s actually happening beneath the stories we tell ourselves.
You’ll find emotion here.
You’ll find logic here.
But you won’t find clinical distance.
This isn’t analysis from above. It’s reflection from inside.
Talk About Body lives in the space between feeling and understanding—where sensation meets meaning, where memory meets desire, where growth happens not because we force it, but because we finally listen.
If you’re looking for answers, you might not find them neatly labeled.
If you’re looking for permission—to be curious, to be uncertain, to be embodied in your own way—you’re in the right place.
You don’t have to agree with me.
You don’t have to mirror my journey.
You don’t even have to know what you think yet.
All that’s required here is a willingness to stay present with your own experience and to let the conversation unfold without rushing it toward a conclusion.
Some tabs stay open.
Some close when they’re ready.
This is a place where both are allowed.
Welcome.
